Faith Formation continues for grades 7-12 with our Junior High R.A.P.
( Religion Among Peers ) and our High School programs incorporating faith
education, service, stewardship, and celebration of our faith. Both groups meet
beginning in late September or early October.
Youth Ministry also incorporates the bigger picture of inspiring the youth of the parish to grow in their faith and share with others by example and discipleship. Youth Ministry does this by sponsoring Faith Formation as well as service activities, retreats, liturgies, prayer services, community involvement, social gatherings, parish and diocesan events, and safe, fun gatherings for pre-teens to teens and much more.

LITCHFIELD at 12 noon as scheduled.
High School Classes are held on Sundays,
at 6:30PM as scheduled at LODI.

Penance and Pizza:
Join us dor this unique opportunity to receive the sacrament of Reconciliation and Penance at the start of this Lenten season on Feb 24, 2012 from 6:30-7:30PM at Lodi. All teens and youth of our Parish are invited. Make this a family affair!! Come anytime during this hour and priests will be available to hear your confession. This is a national Catholic organization that visits parishes, youth groups, and communities, helping youth and young adults build their relationship with Christ. Justin Fatica, one of their dynamic speakers will be coming to St. Frances de Sales Church, Akron, in May, 2012. If there is enough interest we'll make this a group trip! Diocesan Retreats Search Weekend
Dates: April 27 - 29, 2012
Search is planned, directed, and facilitated by ohter youth! There are opportunites to meet new friends who are alos trying to follow the way of Jesus in today's world. Search follows the call of Jesus to the first disciples. "Come after me and I will make you fishers of men." - Matthew 4:19
